Monday night’s training was conducted in memory of the 343 firefighters that lost their lives on 9/11. Each person chose a 9/11 firefighter and shared some of their story with the group. They then climbed 343 flights of stairs, did 343 push-ups, and 343 squats. NEVER FORGET!
